Drew Bernard

professional visual artist,Ottawa

Growing up with a professional classical musician as a father, and a figurative oil painter for a mother Drew Bernard has always had his fingers in some sort of creative pursuit. In 2012 he decided to start painting. Mentored by one of Canada's foremost portrait painters Christian Nichols, and studying under the tutelage of accomplished figurative oil painters Mahshid Faroudi, and Sarah M Lacy, Drew spends as much time as he can painting and putting into practice the techniques his teacher has introduced to him. He had his first solo show in 2018, and has showed in group shows since 2013. Drew has recently begun portrait painting commission works. He is presently working on another show in collaboration with artist friends of his.

Spencer Hanna Haworth

(Born in Toronto, 1989)

Spencer Hanna Haworth is a classically trained visual artist and illustrator based in Wakefield, Quebec, Canada. With a background in graphic novel illustration, his painting background originated in painted vignette narratives that blend Rockwellian humor and innocence with a theatrical counter-culture sensibility.

Last year he began a project “I’m Always Here”, working with people experiencing homelessness in Ottawa that began with outreach, grew into a visual journal, and ended with gallery portraits. The intention was to bridge the widening gap between the Civil Service and street classes in Ottawa, during twin health crises- viral and opioid.

Peter James Haworth,

Peter James Haworth is an actor, director, producer, dramaturge, and teacher. He has performed for over thirty years throughout Canada. As an actor he has played King Lear, Mark Antony, Petruchio, Tolstoy in his one person show amongst the many roles he has played, and has acted throughout Canada on the stage, in film, television, and as a voice actor. He has produced large scale productions and directed. He is the past Chair of PAL Ottawa.

Julie Le Gal

professional theatre artist, La Pêche

Julie Le Gal is a trilingual performer, creator and director. She has worked in Canada, the US, and Europe. Raised in a theatre family in Toronto, she studied the Michael Chekhov Technique and Rudolf Steiner's Speech Formation in New York. She worked with Actors' Ensemble for numerous projects that toured throughout the northeastern USA. She also created and performed numerous pieces at over fifty venues in the independent theatre scene in Berlin, throughout Germany, and in Hungary. In Canada, Julie has performed in theatres in Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton and Ottawa. She co-created and directed Darkness and Tolstoy's Confession. On screen, she has starred and appeared in feature films, shorts, as well as on the small screen in both series and MOWs. Julie directed her first documentary film die Faehre, shot in Berlin about a youg woman's last journey.

Jean-Michel Le Gal

professional theatre artist, Toronto

Jean-Michel is a bilingual actor, filmmaker and artistic-educator. He has played leading roles on stages across Canada and screens around the world: notably the Stratford Festival and Théâtre du nouveau monde, in films at Cannes and TIFF, and on TV for Netflix and Nickelodeon. Jean- Michel trained at Studio 58 in Vancouver, the Birmingham Conservatory for Classical Theatre Training at the Stratford Festival and the Actors’ Conservatory at the Canadian Film Centre. He co-created the award-winning comedy The Bobby Buck Show, as well as written and directed short films shot on location in Vancouver, Argentina and Germany.

Julian Mulock, artiste visuel professionnel/professional visual artist, Toronto

Born in Chelsea, London, of Canadian parents, Julian Mulock attended Waldorf schools in England before moving to Canada at the age of nineteen. He graduated with honors from the Special Art Course at Central Technical School, Toronto in 1972. For the next six years he was a staff artist/illustrator at the Royal Ontario Museum.

He has been an illustrator of books, magazines and advertising as well as a fine artist with exhibitions in various galleries, numerous paintings in corporate, public and private collections and murals in various commercial and private venues.

He is an elected member of the Society of Canadian Artists and a past president of the Arts and Letters Club of Toronto.

Lifelong interests in the worlds of the invisible and of art have led him to give considerable thought to the intersection of the two.

Ayant grandi avec un père qui était musicien classique professionnel et une mère qui était peintre figurative à l'huile, Drew Bernard a toujours eu un goût pour la création. En 2012, il se met à peindre avec un des plus grands portraitistes canadiens, Christian Nichols, comme mentor, et il étudie sous la tutelle de Mahshid Faroudi et de Sarah M Lacy, peintres à l'huile figuratifs accomplis. Drew passe tout son temps possible à peindre et à mettre en pratique les techniques apprises. Il a eu sa première exposition en solo en 2018 et a participé à des expositions collectives depuis 2013. Drew a récemment commencé à peindre des portraits commissionnés et travaille actuellement à la création d'une autre exposition en collaboration avec des amis artistes.

Spencer Hanna Haworth est un artiste visuel et illustrateur de formation classique basé à Wakefield, Québec, Canada. Julian Mulock, artiste visuel professionnel/professional visual artist, Toronto

Il est membre élu de la Société des artistes canadiens et ancien président du Arts and Letters Club de Toronto.

Son intérêts aux mondes de l'invisible et à l'art l'ont amené à réfléchir sérieusement à l'intersection des deux.
